Lynch Co. is a full service landscape company meaning we can do everything from designing the perfect yard to fit your family’s lifestyle to installing the design and making your dream a reality. We are experienced to do it all: water features, pool decks, ponds, cobble stone aprons and edging, step installations, and hardscapes (i.e. retaining walls, walkways, etc.) If you have a unique situation and you need help coming up with a solution, then you have come to the right place. Design Services
T.S. Lynch Co. offers several options for bringing your landscape project to life. Whether you have a definite idea for your yard or just a notion of how you want your yard to function, we are here to help you through the process and make your idea a reality. We will meet with you to hear your ideas for your yard and learn what function or role you want your yard to fulfill. If you have no specific ideas, we will meet with you to discuss possible designs to complement and enhance your family’s lifestyle.

Starting the Process
As we already mentioned, it doesn’t matter whether we create the design or you brought us a design from an outside source, the process to implement the design will basically be the same for all projects. As the homeowner, you will have the opportunity to decide which materials are to be used and we will take the time to explain the benefits and costs of each material so you can make an informed decision. If you need to stay within a certain budget, we will respect those perimeters and yet still provide you with the best selections within your limits. Our staff has the horticultural expertise to suggest types of vegetation that flourishes in the Northeast climate and is qualified to answer your questions concerning growing cycles and maintenance of those plantings.

Written Estimates
Before any work or construction can begin, T.S. Lynch Co. will provide you with a written estimate for the work being done. The written estimate is guaranteed unless you (the homeowner) make changes to the design and/or the materials used. We will not raise the price halfway through just because we underestimated. We stand by our estimate unless something unforeseen is discovered, such as a drainage or foundation problem that was preexisting but unknown at the time of the estimate. These problems are rare and when they do occur, we will provide you with a detailed description and options for solving the problem. A timetable for completion will be given to you at the beginning of the process so you know exactly what to expect and hopefully, this will help relieve stress and reduce any inconveniences caused during the installation.
